So for Inspiration I decided to watch Shawshank Redemption in which is voted the top moving ever shown.
I have heard so many great things about this movie, such as the storyline, the sadness of it which will leave you changed in some way as well as the connection of the two main characters.
I just had to watch it.

Based on the Stephen King’s novels “Rita Hayworth and the Shaw shank Redemption”; this is a simple story of hope made significant by the interaction between the two lead characters. Both Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman do a remarkable job in making their roles genuine and appealing, and also in the way they work so well together. Although a relative beginner, director Frank Darabont clearly understands how to tell a story, not showing all of the film's main plot points before it's time for us to know them, savouring each surprise until the right time to show us the full story. It would have been very easy to tell this story in a linear mode, but Frank Darabont's patience with the material allows us to not jump too far ahead of the story, creating an air of mystery that never wears off. Although it's a drama, there is something unbelievable about the story, so that even if some strange coincidences appear, it is well recognized that extraordinary things can occur in the most unlikely of ways.
The production values throughout the film are amazing, but this is not a ‘way out’ film. It sticks to the story it is telling without using flashy tricks to grab the audience’s attention. Although there is violence, some of it extreme, it is needed to show the kind of place the prison is.
I found the film so emotional to the prisoner, Andy, in which goes through many bad points throughout the film to suddenly fulfil his desire with Red at the end.
It is a feel good and uplifting movie, in which by the end I was wishing that it would continue.
It’s a simple and sad tale that has great depth and commitment as well as so many inspirational values, in a film filled with many strong points; it becomes almost impossible to list everything.
